The Association of Women in the Energy Sector in Kosovo (AWESK), in collaboration with USAID, recently organized a communication and public speaking training course. This initiative helped equip AWESK members with effective communication skills to better highlight, promote, and educate others about their mission and services.
The primary objective of the training was to enhance members’ capacity to successfully articulate AWESK’s role, responsibilities, and impact, empowering them to share their expertise within their communities and workplaces. The training also covered delivery and presentation aids, reviewing with participants how best to effectively deliver compelling, memorable presentations and public remarks. The hands-on training emphasized how AWESK members can readily adapt their communications to different target audiences, setting objectives and adapting their messages accordingly.
